Pricing questions, answered.

Can we set it up and look around before we pay?
Yes, and we'd encourage it. Create your account with your school name and email, set your hour requirements, and add a set of sample families and signups so you can click through the board and the reports with something in them. Nothing is charged until you decide to complete your signup. When you're ready, send us your family roster and we'll import it for you.
Why is $2,400 crossed out?
$2,400 per school, per year is the regular price of the platform. $1,800 is our introductory rate, and it is what your school will actually pay. Schools that join while it is available stay at $1,800 at renewal, so this is not a first‑year teaser that jumps later.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup is part of the subscription. We configure your organization, set your hour requirements and semester boundaries, and import your family roster from a CSV. If your school needs a data migration well beyond a standard roster import, we'll quote that up front rather than surprise you with it.
What happens at renewal?
Subscriptions run a school year at a time and renew at the same flat annual price you started on. Schools that join at the $1,800 introductory rate keep that rate at every renewal, even after the regular $2,400 price comes back for new schools. We check in before each renewal, so nothing ever renews as a surprise.
Can we pay monthly instead of annually?
Most schools pay annually, and some prefer monthly. Both are available. Tell us what fits your budget cycle and we'll set it up that way.
Are there fees when families pay online?
Online payments run through your school's own Stripe account, so funds go directly to you. Stripe's standard card processing fee applies, and that's the only one: MySchoolSignup adds no fee of its own. Schools that prefer email invoicing with offline payment pay no fees at all.
Does the price change as we grow?
No. The subscription covers unlimited families, volunteers, signups, and hours. A school with 80 families and a school with 500 pay the same $1,800 introductory rate.
We're a small parish school and $1,800 is a stretch. Any flexibility?
Talk to us. We want this to work for schools of every size, and we can usually find an arrangement that fits a smaller budget.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It's yours. You can export rosters and hours to CSV any time you like, and we provide a complete export for up to 60 days after a subscription ends.
